App and account help
Email support@cupanddial.com. Include your app version, what you were doing and any error shown. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, password-reset links or payment details. Screenshots are optional; remove private information first.
You can use your iPhone journal without an account. Account creation and sign-in are available in the iPhone app; the website is browse-only.
Report content or an abusive account
When signed in, use Report or Block under another person’s review. Manage blocked accounts in Settings → Account.
Anyone, including guests, can report a review, profile, catalogue record or photo by emailing support@cupanddial.com with “Content report” in the subject. Include its link or name and why you are reporting it. Do not repeat sensitive material unnecessarily.
We aim to review reports within 24 hours. To appeal content or account action, reply with the decision and why you believe it should be reviewed. See our community rules and terms.
Your data and privacy choices
In the iPhone app, Settings → Account → Delete Account starts account deletion. You confirm your identity with your sign-in method. Your private journal, profile, ratings and reviews are removed; approved shared catalogue records may remain without account attribution.
Optional crash sharing is off by default. The iPhone app asks once whether to share crash reports, and after a crash whether to send that report; you can change this any time in Settings → Diagnostics. The preference for possible future brew recommendations is in Settings → Privacy. Cross-user recommendation processing has not started.
For access, a portable copy, correction, deletion or an objection, email privacy@cupanddial.com from your account address. You can also contact us there if you cannot access your account. We will verify requests proportionately and respond within one month, explaining any permitted extension.
